Our particulate washing machine is specially designed for cleaning automotive parts in accordance with the technical cleanliness requirements defined by industry standards, particularly ISO 16232 / VDA 19.
The cleaning process includes several stages. After being loaded into specially adapted baskets, the parts undergo a series of vacuum ultrasonic washes using solvent-based fluids, such as hydrocarbon or modified alcohol solutions.
The machine features an integrated distillation system that continuously regenerates the cleaning fluid. This ensures consistent cleaning performance, reduces waste, and improves energy efficiency.
Finally, after drying, the parts are packed in thermoformed trays in our cleanroom to prevent any external contamination. The parts are thus degreased and cleaned according to the strictest cleanliness criteria required by the automotive industry.
